We are looking for 10 professional Electro-Mechanical Technicians for our PRODUCTION LINE in Belgium on PERMANENT CONTRACT.
Salary:20 EUR gross/hour (gross)
Requirements:
- European citizenship
- English min A2(conversational)
- certificate/diploma as technician or electromechanic
- experience in the field: min 2 years, recent experience
- experience in the Food Production Line or anything similar is an advantage
- no driving license required
- immediate start

- accommodation 100 Euro per month (single room) or if our employee wants to have a private accommodation, we will offer support
- direct permanent contract with the Belgian employer after 3 months or sooner depending on experience, attitude and professionalism
- accommodation in modular houses or apartments, 5 min walk from accommodation to work

Key Responsibilities
Preventive and Corrective Maintenance: Maintaining and repairing industrial equipment, production machines and automated lines. Rapid Interventions: Diagnosing and fixing mechanical, electrical or hydraulic faults to minimize production downtime. Installation and Configuration: Assembling and commissioning new or modified equipment. Collaboration: Working with line operators to ensure optimal operating parameters.
Education:
Technical secondary education (electromechanics, mechatronics, automation) or higher technical education with a diploma or certificate as proof
Experience:
Typically, a minimum of 1-3 years of experience in industrial equipment maintenance is required.
Skills:
Solid knowledge of electricity, mechanics, hydraulics and pneumatics.
Skills:
Ability to read electrical and mechanical diagrams.

- Automation: Have you worked with PLCs (Siemens, Allen Bradley, etc.)? Do you know how to enter the program to diagnose an error or do you just check the physical connections?
- Preventive Maintenance: How important do you think preventive maintenance is compared to corrective maintenance (breakdown repairs)?
- Working under pressure: How do you react when the production line is stopped and the production manager is putting pressure on you to restart quickly?
- Collaboration: Have you worked with ticketing systems or maintenance management software (CMMS) before?
