**Your responsibilities include**:
*
Overseeing and directing construction projects during excecution phase
*
Reviewing the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs
*
Reviewing the planning of all different contractors and manage full adapted siteplanning
*
Overseeing all onsite and offsite project works, monitoring compliance with building and safety regulations
*
Coordinating and directing construction workers and (sub)contractors
*
Keep track of work progress on a daily basis
*
Ensuring safe working conditions on site
*
Preparing internal and external reports pertaining to job status
*
Anticipating potential issues and resolving any emerging ones
*
Managing permits and licences
*
Analysing, managing and mitigate risks
*
Ensure construction quality standards, and the use of appropriate construction techniques
*
Requirements*
You are assertive and flexible. You have excellent organization skills and ability to prioritize. You are a team player, able and willing to take initiative. You have advanced knowledge of building products, construction technics, quality standards & adequate regulation. You understand all the aspects of a construction process and are familiar with conflict management. You are a born leader and excellent communicator.

Experience At least 5 years proven working experience in construction management in Industrial Projects.
*
Languages: Very good in Dutch and French/English. Knowledge of other languages is an asset.
*
Informatics: Fluency in MsOffice (Word, Excel), experience with construction management software (MS Projects, Primavera, Auto-CAD, Lets-Build, )
*
Other: Driving license B
