**Position**: Clinical Research & Application Specialist - Molecular Testing

**Location**: Brussels with Frequent Travel within Europe and Occasional International Travel)

**Responsibilities**:
1. Implementation and Guidance:

- Implement correct sampling procedures in new embryology laboratories.
- Provide guidance and support to ensure accurate and successful test implementation.

2. Clinical Trials:

- Collaborate with research teams to assist in the planning and execution of clinical trials.
- Work closely with embryology labs to integrate molecular testing seamlessly into ICSI treatments.

3. Education and Training:

- Conduct training sessions for laboratory personnel and clinicians on the correct use and interpretation of molecular testing protocols.

4. Communication:

- Effectively communicate the benefits of molecular testing to clinicians, fostering collaboration and participation in studies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather and relay valuable feedback from the field.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's/Master degree in Biology or equivalent; advanced degree preferred.
- Previous experience working in an embryology lab is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex scientific information to diverse audiences.
- Proven ability to engage and convince clinicians to participate in studies and commercialization efforts.
- Willingness to travel frequently within Europe and sporadically internationally.
