**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- You will report to the Head of Strategic Assets. Together you realize the long term, strategic projects focused on business continuity. This requires a lot of consultation at all political levels, strategic (investment) plans and public affairs management.
- You ensure the realization of the business plan and monitor all objectives. You are an expert in sponsor and subsidy cases and know how to convince investors.
- You carry out feasibility studies, market analyses and benchmark studies.
- You have an eye for new business development; you prepare and implement projects.
- You are a pivotal figure between various internal and external teams: management, HR, Legal, technical teams, IT, F&B, Operations, suppliers and subcontractors, etc.
- You are a true chameleon: you switch effortlessly between diverse conversation partners: mobility agencies, urban planners, politicians, interest groups, architects, bankers, entrepreneurs, technicians, authorities, consultants, lawyers, notaries, prospects, promoters, landscape architects, recreational developers, etc.
- With your experience, we also call on you to co-develop new real estate projects of the WeAreOne.World Group.
- This position requires flexibility, your responsibilities and tasks will continuously evolve.
**MUST-HAVES**
- You excel at structuring daily operations and quickly identifying priorities, with a proactive nature and keen eye for detail and quality.
- You can autonomously manage multiple projects from start to finish with mínimal consultation.
- Preparing meetings down to the last detail is second nature to you, consistently providing concise updates on deliverables, timelines, and costs.
- You are adept at thorough P&L management and thrive when challenged by management and finance colleagues.
- Your presentations are inspiring and convincing, and you always deliver on your promises.
- You are an excellent negotiator, focused on problem-solving and creating win-win opportunities.
- You have experience in public affairs and stakeholder management.
- You never settle for the status quo; you only rest when targets are achieved.
- You are stress-resistant, have a no-nonsense attitude, and are ready to roll up your sleeves.
- While you work autonomously, you are a true team player, capable of managing cross-functional teams and enjoying the entrepreneurial spirit of the organization. You love motivating and inspiring people.
- You are trilingual, fluent in Dutch, English, and French.
- You hold a Master's degree or have equivalent experience.
