**Job description**:

- You will support management in processing incoming quote requests.
- You calculate prices, create and send quotations and follow them up administratively.
- You answer customer questions.
- You think along with design and technical office about products and adjustments.
- You coordinate with planning and production.
- You put subcontractors to work and follow them up.
- You follow up orders and make invoices.

- Problem-solving ability
- Bachelor or equivalent through experience
- Experience with Navision and Jira is a plus
- Fluent trilingual FR/NL/EN
