**YOUR ROLE**

Join us as an **OutSystems Tech Lead** to support our Digital Transformation projects using **Low Code development**.
- Successfully delivering high-quality projects
- Providing leadership to a team of 2-5 consultants
- Advising clients on solutions to meet their requirements

**YOUR PROFILE**
- 3+ years of OutSystems development experience with mobile and reactive web apps
- Required certifications: OutSystems Associate Reactive Web Developer ,OutSystems Tech lead and other OutSystems specialization certifications
- Strong knowledge of OutSystems development and architectural best practices for reactive web and mobile development
- Proficiency in creating UML diagrams and data models
- Expertise in integrating OutSystems apps with external systems and consuming/exposing REST and SOAP webservices
- Experience with Architecture Dashboard, technical debt management, and CI/CD lifecycle management
- Multilanguage app delivery experience using built-in features
- Strong client communication and stakeholder management skills
- Effective project team management and coaching for quality assurance and technical support
- Solution-oriented with the ability to translate business requirements into working solution proposals
- Strong resilience and organizational skills
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Fluent in French or Dutch and professional working proficiency in English
- Resident in Belgium
