Warehouse Coordinator

We currently have an excellent career opportunity for an experienced logistics & administrative professional to join our Benelux team.

Reporting to the Customer Care Team Leader, you are part of a small but motivated and dynamic team in our Customer Care department. Together with your colleagues you strive to always offer the best service and quality to our customers within the extensive range of products and services.

**Your main responsibility will be warehouse coordination.** After a few months, more customer tasks will be handed over to you.

In your work, quality is of paramount importance. You enjoy telephone and face-to-face contact with our clients. Moreover, you are flexible, a real problem solver, and you like to communicate in an open and correct manner with your colleagues and customers.

**Your day-to-day**
- Following up the logistics process from A to Z using SAP. Logistics has no secrets for you
- Being responsible for stock management and rental contracts.
- Handling complaints, creating PO’s,
- Through daily contact with the customers, you get a feeling for the wishes and needs of the customer, and you strive to achieve the best possible solution with your service oriented attitude.
- We work as a team and everyone also acts as backup for each other, when necessary. So, you too will be the backup for our service department for tasks such as receiving customers at the counter, drawing up job sheets, planning jobs, and similar.

**Your profile**
- You already have some first experience in a logistics or warehouse administration related role.
- **You speak Dutch fluently (ideally French as well), and have a good knowledge of English.**
- You enjoy working in a team.
- You have experience with Office 365 and **SAP R/3 in a logistics environment.**
- By nature, you are customer and service oriented.
- You have a good dose of common sense.
- You can take responsibility.
- You are strong in multitasking, prioritizing and time management.
- You are available for occasional travel abroad (Netherlands, UK, Switzerland).
