**Jobomschrijving**:
Je werkt in de IT- afdeling Sales Solutions. Je komt terecht in een jong team bestaande uit acht medewerkers. Je zal actief bijdragen aan de mobiliteit van morgen. Jouw focus ligt hoofdzakelijk op het vinden van gepaste hardware oplossingen voor de ontwaarders van MOBIB kaarten, valideertoestellen voor contactloze betalingen, verkoopsautomaten, etc. Je bent eveneens verantwoordelijk voor de verdere ontwikkeling en implementatie ervan.
Concreet:
- Je maakt deel uit van een AGILE team met een Scrum Master.
- Je werkt in IT-labo’s van de MIVB en je bent de contactpersoon voor de medewerkers op het terrein (business units tram, bus, industrial ticketing equipment)
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de richtlijnen voor de installatie van de MIVB valideertoestellen in de trams en de bussen.
- Je doet mee aan testing en troubleshooting van deze toestellen.
- Je werkt nauw samen met Software Integration and Testing team en staat in voor de uitrol van de release.
- Je werkt aan het end-to-end process: van Lab naar Productie.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de follow-up en coördinatie: je legt contacten met verschillende suppliers.
**Gevraagd profiel**:
- Je hebt een Bachelordiploma in elektromechanica en beschikt over enkele jaren ervaring in de hardware.
- Je hebt een goede beheersing van de IT reporting tools zoals XLS en SAP.
- Je bent een goede communicator en je werkt graag in teamverband.
- Je bent autonoom en resultaatgericht.
- Je bent flexibel en steekt graag een tandje bij waar nodig.
- Je bent tweetalig (NL-FR) en je spreekt een aardig mondje Engels.
