ICARE Executive Search is voor haar klant op zoek naar een Nederlandstalige Customer Care medewerker voor een vast contract in Willebroek.

JOBBESCHRIJVING

Als onderdeel van het verkoopteam en in samenspraak met de buitendienst, de logistieke afdeling, de boekhouding en de klanten, zullen je hoofdtaken bestaan uit:

- het invoeren van facturatiegegevens in het ERP-systeem
- geschillen beheren met betrekking tot de toepassing van commerciële voorwaarden en zorgen voor duidelijke en nauwkeurige communicatie met klanten
- tarieven communiceren aan klanten
- deelnemen aan periodieke commerciële afsluitingen (klantstatistieken - creditnota's voor kortingen - communicatie met klanten)
- buitendienstmedewerkers ondersteunen bij het begrijpen en naleven van afdelings
- en bedrijfsprocedures
- statistieken bijwerken in de softwaretoepassingen van het bedrijf

PROFIEL

Je hebt mínimaal 2 jaar werkervaring in een gelijkwaardige functie (inclusief stages).

Je spreekt Nederlands.

Engels is een pluspunt, maar niet verplicht.

Dienstverband: Voltijds, Vaste Jobs

Loon: €2.500,00 - €3.200,00 per maand
