Functie
- The Functional Analyst for our Securities’ domain must have some knowledge about Securities’ products. In our case, we will have a specific focus on products related to FUNDS.
- The functional analyst is a professional who respects and implements the definition of the functional architecture of IT systems, who is directly supporting the operational strategy of the organization and even throughout the entire organization.
The Functional Analyst must fully understand the activities of the functional (sub)domain(s) and, at the same time, must be able to understand the technological problems.
- You participate in user meetings to detail their needs;
- You examine the needs of the users and analyze the functional specifications.
- You draft functional
- and technical analysis report respecting the scope.
- You draft and execute test plans in order to guarantee quality of the project.
- You bring solutions to detected anomalies.
- You support the users where needed.
- You work in close collaboration with Business and the IT teams.
- You support and follow up of bug fixing process to deliver a highly qualitative product.
- You assure high stability of the Production environment.
Functie-eisen
- You know the domain IT-Securities and the product related to that specific domain (Equities, Bonds, Kasbon, Funds, ETF/ETN/ETC,)
- You understand and challenge the Business requirements to select the right functional and technical solution (Buy or Build);
- You are autonomous in the execution of your tasks. Adaptability is a must to evolve in our complex environment (Quick learner, Analytical and Critical Mindset);
- You are an open-minded and transparent team player;
- Communicating with both functional and technical interlocutors is natural for you;
- You have excellent communication skills in French and/or Dutch. Communicating in English is not an issue for you but we must be able to read documents in French and/or Dutch.
