YOUR JOB:
- Coordinate with a team of other Salesforce Consultants, Developers, and Project Managers to ensure the successful delivery of end-to-end Marketing Automation and CRM solutions
- Collaborate with both business and development teams to perform work in support of our clients
- Gather detailed requirements and translate them into a functional and scalable solution that leverages the capabilities of Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Support development teams by clarifying requirements and design
- Build relationships with key client stakeholders and identify a roadmap of projects that will meet their needs
- Review/release of documentation as required
- Contribute to the growth of our Capgemini Salesforce team through coaching, knowledge transfer, and teamwork
- Share lessons learned and be part of our Salesforce community.
ARE YOU READY TO MAKE A DIFFERENCE?
YOUR PASSPORT:
- 1-2 years of experience working directly with marketing automation tools, including but not limited to Salesforce Marketing Cloud- AMPscript, SQL, and/or SSJS knowledge is a plus- Willing to work Agile or hybrid, knowledge of these is an advantage- Team player with efficient communication skills- Intellectual curiosity with strong analytical skills- Keen to work in an international environment- Fluent in English and Dutch or FR
