**About the role**

We are seeking a skilled **System Analyst** to join our dynamic E-commerce team.

The team works in a rich international and multicultural context. We implement advanced Business to Business features, state of the art e-commerce tools and participate in numerous cross domain initiatives such as marketing, logistics or finance.

As a System Analyst,
- You will be responsible for analyzing complex processes, identifying areas for improvement, designing and implementing solutions to support business requirements and deliver real business value.
- You will be an expert in e-commerce platforms and related systems like CMS, PIM, SAP ERP.
- You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document requirements. Being member of a SCRUM team, you will elaborate features and transform them into user stories for the implementation backlog.
- You will be responsible of the implementation, efficiency and robustness of your technical solutions.
- You will be the interface between business and IT teams.
- Ideally, for an experienced IT person willing to get a broader view on ecommerce challenges.

**Requirements (Key knowledge, skills, and experience)**
- Strong analytical skills, ability to discover requirements underlying feature requests, re‐commend alternative technical and business approaches.
- Excellent communication skills

Experience with Agile methodologies and ideally detailed and complex epics and user stories
- Fluency in English—verbal and written
- Ideally, proven track record as System Analysts, Ecommerce and B2B background.
