The CliniSys Group Marketing team sits at the heart of our business and is central to the go to market effort around our products and services. The Digital Marketing Specialist at CliniSys| MIPS will be an integral part of the CliniSys Group Marketing team and specifically supports the CliniSys| MIPS B2B business in Germany, France, The Netherlands, Belgium and Spain. This position reports to the Regional Marketing Manager.

Are you an experienced, digitally savvy and commercial marketeer with a passion for digital? As a digital marketeer at CliniSys| MIPS, you will be responsible for planning, executing, analysing, and optimizing all digital marketing activities pipeline goals.

You efficiently use online advertising and inbound tactics to make sure our content gets noticed by our target audiences. You¿ll use marketing automation (NetSuite/MailChimp) to get things done faster. This role requires proactivity and responsibility to drive results. You¿ll work closely together with our marketing and sales teams to coordinate, execute & analyse the different campaigns and activities. Success will be determined through a variety of qualitative and quantitative KPIs. It will be built on a good understanding of the business goals and translating those goals into digital marketing strategies for the target markets, and in close collaboration with the marketing team, the sales team as well as the wider MIPS and CliniSys Group organization.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Execute, analyse and optimize digital marketing campaigns
- Establish and optimize digital marketing processes
- Clean and enrich our lead database
- Select and integrate marketing technologies to improve marketing efficiency
