Commercial drive? check You'll **seek and deal with client inquiries** as a true expert, providing the highest levels of customer service, obviously.
**Hands-on problem-solver**? Double-check We're talking handling **sales and rental projects from start to finish**. You're the trustworthy ShowTex face for your clients and a supportive and cheerful colleague for the team.
There's a bigger picture though: as an ambitious Sales & Project Manager and proficient networker, you'll obviously want to **increase sales and rental volumes** where possible, so start finding that market potential already
**NOW HERE'S YOUR DREAM JOB**:
Ah the thrill of managing a challenging sales or rental **project from A to Z**, you love it. On-site meetings, surveys and measurements, as well as **creative problem-solving**. You always find the best solution for your clients, nursing them with the right samples or marketing material and calculating feasible price estimates. Oh, and we’re never too cool to pick each other’s brain around here, so surely you will consult colleagues and other departments along the way.
No doubt **communication** is key: briefing your colleagues of production, transport and installation while discussing all details with your client. Even after the sale, because they will all be very keen to tell you their feedback. You would never miss a chance to optimise your and our way of working, right? **Customer satisfaction** for the win
And again, you’re not in this by yourself. Together with your colleagues, you love **developing strategies **to approach changes and trends in the industry. We all want to grow our client portfolio after all.
**CURIOUS HOW WE SEE YOU?**:**TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE**
As a **young potential**, with a first working experience, you could start with us as Junior Sales. But we also have the perfect place for you in our sales team if you worked in a **similar position for at least three years**. A degree in social or commercial sciences, theatre studies or têxtiles? That’s interesting
Of course, we will love you even more if you can blow us away with your **technical interest** and ability to visualise objects or spaces. Add some **computing skills** and **geometric insights** for a perfect match
**PERSONALITY AND SKILLS**
No doubt you speak **Dutch, French and English **fluently, how else will you pull of those **communication and commercial skills**, but are there any other languages you can surprise us with?
As a **quality-oriented** and **resourceful** person you are able to organise your work and priorities **autonomously**. That’s because it’s in your DNA to coordinate an entire project and to **get the job done** in, at times, a **short deadline**. Your **optimism** and **hands-on** mentality always stand strong, even in stressful situations
You’re **driven**, as well as **eager to learn** and capable of **accurate** administrative work.
