Medior Construction Surveyor

**Region**: Vlaams-Brabant - Limburg - Antwerpen ️
**Role Overview**:
As a Construction Surveyor, you will provide local support for network construction projects. You'll be involved in site preparation, work supervision, and post-completion follow-up to ensure smooth and successful delivery.
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Site Preparation
️ Join internal and external meetings; check reports to confirm decisions and agreements.
Prepare and validate the Project Execution Plan to ensure everything's ready to go.
Plan and organize all necessary materials in advance.
Document all steps and updates accurately in the system.
2. On-Site Work Supervision
Give clear instructions to on-site teams.
Conduct quality and safety checks to ensure work is top-notch and secure.
Provide technical support and think fast when solving problems.
Manage and follow up on multiple construction sites if needed.
3. Post-Completion Follow-Up
Inspect and verify the quality of completed work.
️ Wrap up and finalize the Project Execution Plan.
Validate progress and confirm everything's been done correctly.

**Qualifications**:
Education & Experience
**Nice to have**: 3-5 years' experience in telecom, utility, or general construction sectors.
Technical Skills
VolVCA certification
Solid command of MS Office (Excel, Word, Windows)
Must have a valid Driving License B

Fluent in Dutch
