Assistant (Boost Unit)

We are looking for an **Assistant **who is **agile, well-organized **and** eager to learn **to join our **Boost Unit** team, based in our** headquarter** in **Brussels**, **Belgium**.

**Who you’ll work with**

**What you’ll do**
- Manage communication, prioritizes tasks, and schedules appointments for efficient time management.
- Proactively schedule regular meetings in advance, securing time slots and locations.
- Act as a liaison between the manager, staff, and external/internal contacts.
- Ensure timely responses to information requests and meets deadlines for materials.
- Organize meetings, logistics, travel, budget, and supports team events and collaboration.

**Interested? For this role we’re looking for the following education, experience and skills**
- Fluent written and spoken English, French and/or Dutch being an asset
- Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, Word and quickly adapts to new systems
- Resilient / ability to adapt to change
- Motivated, reliable and with a positive attitude
- Proactivity to recognize potential issues and resolve them before they transform into problems
