**Key Responsibilities**:
**We are looking for 9 motivated Assistant Brand Manager Trainees for our Hygiene & Health brands in Brussels**:
**Brands include: Airwick, Destop, Finish, Vanish, Durex, Gaviscon, BioFreeze, Dettol, and more**:
Reporting to the Brand Manager, you will assist him/her on the development of the brand.
- Daily management of the brand: you track the sales and analyse their monthly evolution, build ad hoc analysis, and oversee the competitive intelligence.
- Project development: you will participate to the creation of promotional offers, to the development of packaging, artwork, POS material and customer tools.
- Trade support: you will participate to the strategy development, the sales policy, and marketing plan for your brand.

**To be eligible for the role, you must be enrolled in a University based in the EU and be able to obtain an internship/university agreement.**:
**The experience we're looking for**:

- Pursuing a degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Fluency in English. French or Dutch will be considered a plus.
- Excellent analytical skills, written and oral skills, as well as creativity.
- Flexible thinker being able to operate in a changing environment and cope with complexity.
- Results-oriented, entrepreneurial, and self-motivating.
- Tenacious and resilient.
- Eager to learn.
- Strong commercial understanding of business issues/opportunities.
