**Your tasks**

Jij bent verantwoordelijk voor de projectplanning en administratie, van de start van het project tot aan de overdracht naar de interne en externe klanten. Onze klanten zijn bijvoorbeeld zorginstellingen, gemeentes, parkeerexploitanten en hotels.

Je komt terecht in een team van 3 Projectmanagers in België, 3 Project Coördinatoren en 4 Projectmanagers in Nederland. In deze functie rapporteer je aan de Manager Projecten.

- De projecten starten bij jou Je zorgt voor het invoeren van de offertes in ons ERP systeem. Je zorgt ervoor dat alle informatie compleet is, zodat het projectteam aan de slag kan.
- Je bestelt de benodigde materialen om de projecten uit te kunnen voeren en de opvolging hiervan. Worden materialen later geleverd? Dan heeft dit natuurlijk gevolgen voor de planning en jij volgt dit op.
- In sommige gevallen werken we ook met 3e partijen en jij zorgt ervoor dat deze ook op het juiste moment in het project aansluiten.
- Bij het afronden van het project zorg je ervoor dat alle informatie goed in ons CRM-systeem verwerkt is zodat alles goed kan worden overgedragen naar onze Service Afdeling.

We gooien je niet meteen in het diepe. We starten altijd met een uitgebalanceerd inwerktraject en er staat een collega klaar die je wegwijs maakt in onze systemen en processen. Alles onder controle? Dan laten we je graag zelfstandig aan de slag gaan
