The Impact You’ll Make in this Role As a PMO Program Manager, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
- Leading knowledge management programmes, including training development, documentation, and knowledge base governance across HIS International.
- Implementing structured onboarding, localisation, and compliance processes aligned with QMS and ISO standards.
- Supporting partner onboarding, enablement, and coordination to ensure readiness and alignment to programme expectations.
- Determining improvements through tracking training completion, feedback, and performance metrics.
- Supporting partner governance, relationship management, and continuous improvement across regional engagements. Your Skills and Expertise To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following

qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Education, HR, Information Science, Business Administration, or a related field AND 5+ years of experience in project management, training, knowledge management, partner management, or programme coordination. OR
- High School Diploma/GED AND equivalent experience in project management, training, knowledge management, partner management, or programme coordination. AND In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:
- Experience managing structured documentation, SOPs, training content, and knowledge bases (e.g., Confluence).
- Experience coordinating partner onboarding, governance, and cross-functional collaboration. Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
- Master’s degree in Knowledge Management, Partner Management, or Project Management from an accredited institution.
- Experience in a healthcare environment and working with LMS platforms, Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft 365 tools.
- Skills include strong communication, collaboration, relationship building, attention to detail, and cultural awareness. Work location:
