**About this vacancy**:
We are looking for a Tender Manager to be the driving force behind our tender processes, ensuring they are not only successful but also financially and technically feasible. This role requires a strategic mindset, organizational expertise, and strong communication skills to coordinate and optimize every step of the tender journey.
- Analyze tender specifications, contracts, and financial or legal risks.
- Define and implement winning tender strategies.
- Coordinate tender teams, including task allocation and planning.
- Manage budgets, timelines, and resources throughout tender phases.
- Present and communicate tender deliverables, strategies, and outcomes to clients.

**What we expect from you**:

- Fluency in Dutch; proficiency in English (French is a plus).
- Experience in tenders, system engineering, and risk analysis.
- Familiarity with the construction sector.
- Strong analytical, coordination, and organizational skills.
- A proactive, adaptable, and results-driven attitude.
