**Job Description**:
Objective:
As the Country Unit Quality Compliance Officer at Rexroth Belgium, you'll be at the forefront of ensuring product quality, customer satisfaction, and compliance within our Country Unit (CU). Drive the implementation of quality management systems, lead continuous improvement initiatives, and foster a culture of excellence across the organization.

Position in the Organization:

- Accountable to the CU head and functionally reports to the Regional Quality Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
Quality Leadership:

- Implement and maintain ISO9001-based quality management systems.
- Drive continuous improvement and enhance overall quality performance. Audits and Inspections:

- Conduct regular audits to assess compliance with quality standards. Identify non-conformities and drive corrective actions.

Issue Resolution:

- Investigate customer complaints and quality issues.
- Implement timely corrective actions for effective issue resolution.

Collaboration:

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to establish and meet quality requirements.
- Drive quality initiatives across departments.

Training and Culture:

- Provide training on quality standards, procedures, and best practices.
- Foster a culture of quality awareness and continuous improvement.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum bachelor's degree, preferably in mechanical engineering or equivalent.
- 2 years of experience with ISO9001-based quality management systems.
- Strong analytical skills, structured working approach.
- Knowledge of SAP, VCA, CODEX is advantageous.
- Fluency in English, French, and Dutch. Opportunities: Access to internal and external training.
