**About the Role**:
We are looking for a **Functional Odoo Consultant** with strong expertise across multiple core Odoo modules**:Sales, Purchase, Accounting, CRM, Inventory, and Contacts**. You will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between client needs and technical delivery, working closely with clients, developers, and other consultants to deliver high-impact Odoo implementations and optimizations.**About the role**

In this role, you will:

- Analyze client business processes and map them to Odoo functionality
- Configure, customize, and implement Odoo modules to meet customer requirements
- Deliver functional support and training to end-users
- Work closely with developers to translate functional specs into technical tasks
- Conduct gap analysis and propose effective solutions within the Odoo ecosystem
- Lead and document testing, training, and deployment processes
- Maintain high customer satisfaction through proactive communication and support

About you (Hard Skills - Technical & Functional Knowledge)
- Completed a Bachelor or Master Study in the field of computer science, economics or similar
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Odoo ERP as a Functional Consultant
- Some Expertise in the following Odoo modules: Sales, Purchase, Accounting, CRM, Inventory, Contacts
- Strong understanding of business workflows and how they map to Odoo
- Ability to configure and customize Odoo without direct development
- Skilled in writing functional specifications and translating business requirements into stories
- Experience with testing, UAT, and training users on Odoo systems
- Proficiency in documenting business processes and system setups (uml, bpmns)
- Comfortable working with versioning tools and collaborative project platforms (e.g., Git, Jira, Odoo.sh)
