**We are looking for an Enterprise Architect to take the lead of our EA Transformation epic.**
The Enterprise Architecture team (EA) is a multi-disciplinary group of experienced architects in charge of:
- Defining the Enterprise Architecture directions and Standards aligned with the company strategy;
- Implementing a consistent architecture practice across the company
- Defining and documenting relevant Reference Architectures, Standards, and Roadmaps;
- Maintaining a multi-year IT plan and technology roadmap, and providing steer for the decisions on IT investments;
- Providing lightweight governance, guidance, and support for the delivery organisations across Euroclear worldwide.
**Required Profile**
- Enterprise Architect with Project Management skills and experience in Agile Transformations
- Strong drive and influencing skills
- Analytical, structured, result-oriented
- Team player, ready to share and coach others
- Good communicator (written and oral) in English
**Your Role**
We are seeking a change leader with project management skills and with experience in enterprise architecture practices and in agile environments. This person will support EA Management in leading the EA Transformation epic.
The objective of this epic is to achieve a major step in the implementation of the Enterprise Architecture (EA) Target Operating Model (TOM), enabling EA to focus on Enterprise and Domain Architecture and rolling out the Solution Architecture function within the IT delivery divisions, with adequate governance in place.
**Note**: The role has been assessed as **Inside IR35** which only affects UK residents
