Wij zoeken een gedreven **Custo **CARFLOW / MotorK zoekt een gedreven DELIVERY SPECIALIST om onze klanten te helpen met technische problemen bij het gebruik van onze producten en diensten. Wij zijn op zoek naar een Delivery die verantwoordelijk zal zijn voor het opzetten en beheren van onze SaaS Producten voor onze klanten uit de automotive sector. Je gebruikt je creatieve en analytische vaardigheden om de business needs van de klant te vertalen naar de juiste productopstelling. MotorK is het toonaangevende verkoop - en marketingtechnologiebedrijf in Europa, gespecialiseerd in de automotive sector. Bij MotorK is het onze missie om fabrikanten en dealers in staat te stellen meer te verkopen met innovatieve, cloudgebaseerde producten en diensten om de beste digitale klantervaring te bieden. De job - Alle informatie verzamelen die nodig is om het SaaS-product voor de klant in te stellen. - Klantverzoeken beheren en prioriteit geven aan de workflow - Alle noodzakelijke taken uitvoeren om de websites en het CRM te configureren voor de klant om de SaaS te gebruiken. - De nodige productconfiguratie uitvoeren om aan de eisen van de klant te voldoen - De voortgang en het eindproduct aan de klant presenteren en vragen beantwoorden - Tickets beheren in samenwerking met het R&D team - Follow-up met ontwikkelaars en teams van product experts - Samenwerken met Success Manager bij het beheersen van de projectomvang (scope creeping voorkomen) Herken je hier jezelf in? Stuur ons een korte bericht met je CV en een motivatiebrief (optioneel) **Profil**: - Je hebt sterke communicatie skills en je spreekt en schrijft vloeiend Nederlands, Frans en Engels - Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring, bij voorkeur in een SaaS-bedrijf en soortgelijke rol - Het vermogen om werkdruk te beheren en deadlines te halen - Uitstekende communicatie met de klant en probleemoplossende vaardigheden - In staat om op te treden als "power user" voor complexe bedrijfsapplicaties zoals CRM, ERP, CMS, Marketing automation platforms - Sterke kennis van Wordpress CMS - Goed begrip van front-end technologieën, waaronder HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript - In staat om uitgebreide lay-out en wireframes om te zetten in werkende HTML-pagina's - Kennis van SEO -> inhoud laden, titels, SEO-tags en beschrijvingen maken - Inzicht in PHP ontwikkeling wordt op prijs gesteld - Gemotiveerd, goed georganiseerd en proactief - Multi-tasking en flexibel
