What you'll do

In this role, you will manage the delivery of scheduled and ad hoc HR reports. You will report to the HR Director.

**Responsibilities**:

- You provide day-to-day HR reporting support, by managing stakeholders’ expectations on timelines and delivery within expected SLA's.;
- You create reports (scheduled and ad hoc) in the global HR system, exports, finetunes and delivers them to requestors;
- You escalate data quality issues to colleagues responsible for this area;
- You operate in the global HR case management system to process requests and respond on completion with respect to SLAs;
- You provide assistance and supports colleagues on reporting self-service usage;
- You monitor reporting usage and global reporting catalog/tools to offer recommendations for improvements where possible;
- You propose and implements initiatives aimed to improve reporting in HR data;
- You document requirements on reports and creates reporting work instructions;
- You troubleshoot reporting issues and appropriately escalates issues not able to be resolved;
- You work closely with the IT Team to deliver requirements, understand opportunities and limitations, complete user acceptance testing;
- You contribute into initiatives aimed to change/improve/implement new processes in the global HR system;
- You conduct training activities for HR reporting users (global and local) aimed to improve their user-experience;
- Tools in scope of the role (one or multiple): SuccessFactors, Neocase, Denodo, Qlik.

Who we're looking for
- You have a Bachelor's degree in HR management, in IT, in computer science or related field ;
- You have at least 3 years' experience in an operational HR role or experience in roles requiring data management and analysis;
- Good knowledge of HR Operational processes, practices and standards;
- Extensive reporting experience including knowledge of data usage;
- Knowledge of data privacy laws, information security and quality principles;
- Experience with these tools : HR Enterprise software (ideally SuccessFactors ; SAP) and HR Case management software (like Neocase);
- Strong communication skills across multiple countries and cultures;,
- Ability and willingness to take initiative;
- Results driven and service-oriented mindset and behavior;
- Well organized and structured;
- Ability to demonstrate close attention to detail;
- Able to multitask and manage risk actively;
- Analytical mindset;
- Excellent written and spoken English;
- Ownership of resolving problems;
- Quality focused & accurate;
- Excellent experience in using Microsoft tools;
- Continuous improvement mindset;
- Flexibility to help where needed.
