As Payroll Advisor, you will work in collaboration with the Payroll Manager and various Department.

One of our business partner in the medicalfield is seeking for a proactive Payroll Advisor to join their team located in Brussels.

**Role**:

- Ensure each social handouts and documents related to white collars.
- Monitoring benefits, absences, requests for part-time work,
- Manage remuneration and Payroll activities.
- Provide advice related to social legislation.

**Profile**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Payroll and personnel administration or in a similar field.
- Fluent in Dutch and French or English.
- At least 2 years of experience in Payroll and personnel administration.
- Well-organized, conscientious and analytical sensitivity.
