**Who we are looking for?**

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Head of Finance who is passionate about driving our financial growth and success.

As the Head of Finance, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations and developing strategies to achieve our ambitious financial targets. You are a trustworthy and detail-oriented individual who can lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting activities.

You have a natural drive and passion for analyzing financial data and identifying opportunities to improve financial performance. Your expertise in managing financial risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and developing financial policies and procedures is critical to our success.

**Responsibilities**:
As our Head of Finance, we expect you to be responsible for:

- Accounting
- Tax compliance
- _ Financial planning, reporting, controlling, cash flow, and future capital needs in line with our strategy_

You will also be accountable for:

- Payroll
- ESOP
- Optimizing our wage costs in Belgium and internationally.

You will report directly to the CEO, and our Office Manager will report directly to you.

Next to your financial responsibilities, we would love you to be part of the management team.

Together with the Head of Sales & Marketing, Head of Delivery, the CTO, and the CEO, you will set out our strategy for the next years.

**We are already looking forward to getting in touch with you**
- Master's degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in finance, preferably in a managerial or leadership role.
- Fluent in both English and Dutch with clear oral and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to demonstrate ownership, organization, and drive.
- Possess an entrepreneurial spirit and a genuine interest in proactively contributing to continuous improvements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to develop financial models and provide insights to support decision-making.
- Knowledge of Belgian financial regulations and laws.
- Experience with ESOP, and working in a scale-up environment is a plus.
