As a Functional Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in leveraging data to provide valuable insights, drive informed decision-making, and optimise investment strategies. This position combines financial acumen with advanced data analysis skill.**Responsibilities**

**Data Analysis and Interpretation**:

- Conduct in-depth analysis of financial data to identify trends, patterns, and investment opportunities.
- Interpret complex data sets to extract meaningful insights that inform investment strategies.

**Modelling and Forecasting**:
- Develop and maintain financial models to assess risk, return, and overall performance of investment portfolios.
- Utilize statistical and quantitative techniques for forecasting market trends and investment outcomes.

**Data Visualisation**:

- Create visually compelling and insightful reports and dashboards to communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with teams to enhance data visualisation tools for improved decision support.

**Data Preparation for Migration**:

- Collaborate with teams to assess data readiness and facilitate the seamless migration of investment data to new platforms or systems.
- Cleanse and transform data as needed, ensuring accuracy and completeness for successful migration.

**Q**
**ualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
- 4 years of proven experience in data analysis within the investment domain.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as Python, R, or SQL.
- Familiarity with investment concepts, financial markets, and portfolio management.
- Experience in data preparation and migration for complex systems.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and precision.
