Enjoy listening **What you'll take ownership of**: - You dive into your client’s business processes through **workshops, surveys and analysis**, and explore how these can be aligned with **Odoo’s capabilities**. - You’re creative and communicative in formulating and developing advice, solutions, and additional improvement proposals. - Is everything clear? Great In that case, you create a comprehensive report and manual to facilitate the translation to your technical colleagues. - You’ll **test and validate** the environment your colleagues build, making sure it matches the expectations and requirements discussed with the client. - Along the way, you **coach the client** through trainings sessions, clear documentation and workflows, guiding key users step by step through the change process. - You're not on your own. You’ll work closely with your colleagues, since most implementations require teamwork and additional features. - You'll work on both B2B and B2C projects. **What we're looking for**: - With a **Bachelor’s or Master’s degree** in your pocket, you're ready to take on new challenges. - You enjoy solving problems and thinking outside the box to find smart, practical solutions. - You're a **strong communicator**, both with your team and with clients.
