Nous cherchons un **Technicien de laboratoire Quality Control Microbiologie**qui est **minutieux, proactif**et **collaboratif**pour nous rejoindre dans notre équipe de **Contrôle Qualité**, basé dans notre campus UCB situé à **Braine-l’Alleud, Belgique**.

**À propos du role**

Vous effectuerez des analyses microbiologiques relatives aux produits pharmaceutiques du développement au commercial, incluant le release et les stabilités. Vous veillerez à la conformité avec les procédures, les spécifications et les normes de qualité dans les délais pré-établis.

**Avec qui vous allez travailler**

Vous ferez partie d’une équipe dédiée au Contrôle Qualité, travaillant en étroite collaboration avec vos collègues pour maintenir des standards élevés de tests microbiologiques et participer à des projets d’amélioration continue.

**Ce que vous allez faire**
- Effectuer les contrôles microbiologiques des matières premières, API, excipients et produits finis pharmaceutiques (tests de recherche d’endotoxines bactériennes, tests bioburden et d’énumération microbienne, tests de stérilité, identification de germes).
- Gérer la préparation et la gestion des milieux de culture selon les procédures internes.
- Effectuer les analyses des échantillons utilitaires (sur toutes les qualités d’eau présentes sur le campus).
- Valider les méthodes analytiques et participer aux projets d’amélioration continue.
- Assurer la conformité du laboratoire avec les politiques d’hygiène, de sécurité ainsi que le respect et le maintien du 5S.

**Intéressé ? Pour ce rôle, nous recherchons la formation, l'expérience et les compétences suivantes**
- Bachelier en Microbiologie, Biologie ou dans un domaine similaire.
- 2-3 ans d’expérience en tests microbiologiques dans un environnement pharmaceutique.
- Connaissance des exigences GMP et réglementaires.
- Grande attention aux détails et capacité à travailler de manière autonome.
- Capacité à traiter des grands nombres d’échantillons de manière organisée et méthodique dans les délais impartis.
- Excellentes compétences en communication et en travail d’équipe.
