**En tant que Business Development Manager (H/F/X), vos tâches principales seront les suivantes**:

- Proposition d’axes de développement de la stratégie commerciale pour la société,
- Identification et évaluation des marchés cibles,
- Suivi de la politique commerciale (politique de prix, conditions de vente, réseaux et méthodes de distribution, choix des marchés, efforts publicitaires et de promotion),
- Gestion d’un portefeuille clients existant et prospection de nouveaux clients,
- Supervision de l’administration des ventes : traitement des commandes, réclamations clients, frais commerciaux, participation à des salons, foires, séminaires
- Suivi des commandes et supervision des instructions échangées avec la production/planning,
- Suivi de la gestion du projet en recherche et développement.

**Votre profil**:

- Bachelier commercial, en agroalimentaire, en chimie ou équivalent,
- Minimum 5 ans d’expérience en tant que Business Development manager dans le secteur de la bio chimie ou de la santé,
- Billingue français/anglais. La connaissance d’une troisième langue étant un atout,
- Bonne compréhension du processus technique et de production,
- Aptitude à anticiper et développer une stratégie commerciale,
- Très bon sens commercial et de la communication,
- Proactif, orienté solutions et relations clients sur du long terme,
- Persévérant, autonome, rigoureux et dynamique,
- Être mobile.
