We are currently looking for an Archestra Engineer with Scada knowledge based in Brussels area in Belgium.

**Responsibilities**:

- Incident management:

- Act as first line of support
- End to end incident management
- Redact Knowledge base article for future incident resolution
- Monitoring Application health

**Problem management**:

- Proactive and reactive problem management
- Create and manage problem tickets
- Coordinate end to end problem resolution (Infrastructure, Network, DB & product vendors as appropriate)

**Change management**:

- Create, manage change requests
- Follow up on change activities
- Perform change activities as needed (IQ/OQ tests)

**Application Operations & Lifecycle Management**:

- Create installation procedures as appropriate
- Create and manage asset information in CMDB
- Create/update service desk guide
- Create/update configuration guide

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, engineering, computer science, or related field to Life Sciences.

**Experience in**:

- ITSO SME Support
- Application Version upgrade
- IT Interventions
- Coordination and Communication with Users, Stakeholders and Solution Providers
- GXP and GAMP validation standards
- Good understanding of GxP
- Application should be support is PCS7
- Act as first line of support
- End to end incident management
- Redact Knowledge base article for future incident resolution
- Strategic Thinker, to drive innovative thinking and add value to the service provided.
- Excellent Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Handle and operate efficiently under pressure.
- Excellent English and French is a must
