Functieomschrijving Job description As Functional Analyst, your role will be to - Translate the customer needs gathered by the "Operations" division into usable "requirements" - Collaborate with the "systems" and "products" services to ensure feasibility - Bring information together from different sources - Prepare a schedule for performing incremental analyses - Escalate incidents or issues that affect the schedule used by the other business units was communicated - Lead the working meetings with the developers and with the technical teams - Ensure consistency with other existing projects - Gather real data and real cases with a view to performing functional testing - Create a plan of testing that includes different test scenarios - Manage and guiding users during test executions - Gather test data and integrate them into the development process - You are able to write SQL queries Profile As a Functional Analyst, you have - A Master or bachelor degree in IT or equivalent by experience - Between 2 and 5 years of experience in a similar role - Good knowledge of the methods and techniques of functional analysis (UML Use Cases, UML Class Diagram, Data Model - ERD) - Good knowledge of the methods and techniques of process description (UML Activity Diagram or BPMN) - Good knowledge of analysis in the form of Usecases depending on project to project; you are familiar with Agile, DevOps and Scrum - Very good command of French and/or Dutch + English Profiel Jobgerelateerde competenties - Behoeften van de klant of gebruiker analyseren Het functioneel lastenboek opstellen (specificaties, termijnen, kosten,...) - Een databank aanspreken: Microsoft SQL Server AanbodPlaats tewerkstelling 1000 BRUSSEL Vereiste studies - Lager onderwijs of 1ste graad secundair onderwijs Werkervaring - Beperkte ervaring ( < 2 jaar ) Talenkennis - Nederlands (zeer goed) Contract - Vaste Job - Voltijds - Dagwerk Plaats tewerkstelling - 1000 BRUSSEL
