For our client, an international player in Consumer goods, we are currently looking for an AP Accountant in their Brussels office:
**Responsibilities**:

- You are responsible for processing invoices received from various countries. Where you make sure that the correct VAT rules are applied.
- You are responsible for the processing of expense notes in the software
- You prepare the payments to suppliers on a weekly base
- You maintain minimum EU cash balance requirement level
- You stay in touch with suppliers and internal stakeholders
- You assist with intercompany reconciliations
- You are responsible for audit requests related to Account Payable

**Required profile**:

- You have a background in Accounting (degree, bachelor)
- You don’t require prior experience in accounting
- You have strong time management & organizational skills
- You are able to deal with change
- You have a good knowledge English
