Als Junior Recruitment Consultant in onze divisie Axis Projects ben je verantwoordelijk voor de rekrutering van externe consultants, met een specialisatie in finance of banking, van A tot Z. Bent u op zoek naar een wervingsfunctie met een breed takenpakket, van het publiceren van de vacature tot het tekenen van een contract met de kandidaat? Lees dan verder **Beschrijving** Je voert de volgende taken uit: - U bent de specialist voor de aanwerving van financiële en bancaire profielen of u bent bereid een diepgaande expertise op dit gebied te verwerven; - Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het selecteren en vinden van de juiste kandidaten via onze database, via externe wervingskanalen en via netwerken. Websites zoals VDAB en LinkedIn hebben geen geheimen voor u; - Tijdens een grondig interview kunt u nagaan of de kandidaat het juiste profiel heeft voor de functie bij onze klanten: de opleiding, de professionele achtergrond, de vaardigheden en de motivaties van de kandidaten in relatie tot de behoeften van onze klanten; - U hebt regelmatig contact met onze klanten om hun behoeften te begrijpen en een langetermijnrelatie met hen op te bouwen; - Je werkt ter ondersteuning van een van onze Business Consultants; **Profile** Herken je jezelf in dit profiel? - Op je CV staat idealiter een goede eerste ervaring in een recruitment functie; - Je hebt een bachelor - of masterdiploma en bent gepassioneerd door rekrutering en human resources; - Je bent geïnteresseerd in de financiële en bankwereld en je durft je te verdiepen in financieel nieuws; - Je hebt een uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands en het Frans en je spreekt redelijk goed Engels; - Uw zakelijke instelling betekent dat u veel waarde hecht aan prestaties; - Uw vrienden en familie beschrijven u als een doorzetter en een echte teamspeler die niet stopt bij het eerste obstakel; - Tot slot werk je zelfstandig en resultaatgericht, heb je gevoel voor commercie en ben je flexibel. **Aanbod** Hier zijn nog enkele redenen waarom je bij Axis Projects zou moeten komen werken: - Een aantrekkelijk salaris, aangevuld met extralegale voordelen zoals maaltijdcheques, groepsverzekering, hospitalisatieverzekering en bonussen; - Een intensief opleidingsprogramma en on-the-job training aangevuld met de Axis Academies; - Je werkt in een hecht team waar je jezelf kunt zijn; - U maakt deel uit van de Axis-groep die actief is in de BeLux.
