**Tour Expert - Work Onboard International Cruise Ships**
**Location**: Worldwide | **Contract**: Fixed-term (~5 months) | **Start Date**: Upon completion of STCW training

Join a dynamic international team and take your career to sea. As a **Tour Expert**, you will play a vital role in creating exceptional shore excursion experiences for cruise guests around the world.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Promote and sell shore excursions, meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Assist guests during onshore activities, ensuring smooth logistics and coordination
- Prepare tour materials (tickets, maps, badges)
- Provide language support and ensure guest satisfaction and safety
- Report guest feedback and activity data to the Tour Manager

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma (Tourism, Languages, or related field; Bachelor's preferred)
- Experience in sales or tour operations is a plus
- Fluency in English and Italian (spoken and written)
- Fluency in **either German or French** is required
- Additional languages (Spanish, Portuguese, Chinese) are a strong asset
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team collaboration skills
- Willingness to live and work onboard for the full duration of the contract
- Completed **STCW safety training** or readiness to complete it (approx. 10 days in your passport country)

- Competitive salary and bonus: €1,750 base + €518 bonus (monthly gross at target)
- Total monthly gross incl. benefits: €2,268
- Single cabin accommodation, meals, and all travel expenses covered
