Our client active in the insurance sector is looking for a driven Event Manager to join their team.
You will be part of the marketing department, embedded within Channel Marketing where we are responsible for communications, events, training and POS material for our distribution channel(s) of independent insurance brokers, and banking partners.
They key stakeholders are the client's Management Team and commercial directors internally and our distribution partners (brokers, banks) and market colleagues (fund managers) externally.
**Beschrijving**
As Event Manager you will be responsible for the E2E coordination of digital and physical events for our distribution channels (B2B).
This encompasses:
- Design of concept independently or in collaboration with our external agencies with the aim of positioning.
- Together with the team, he/she develops a communication strategy towards the brokers & partners, the sales teams and the internal staff.
- Coordination of communication journey (planning, messaging, copy writing - yourself or with our external agencies).
- Selection of participants (Strong salesforce skills required).
- Execution of communications via Salesforce.
- Practical organisation of the event (concept, presentation material, catering, logistics, visibility, studio planning).
- Administrative coordination (procurement, contracting, budget).
- Participant registration & follow-up aftercare.
- Project reporting across all phases (communication to internal stakeholders, event KPI’s, event evaluation, progress reports on subscriptions, lessons learned).
- The event manager manages the feedback and satisfaction of the brokers, measures the impact of the event using the available tools and ensures the administrative closure of the file and the management of the invoicing.
**Profile**
- Previous B2B, end to end event management experience.
- Incentive travel experience is a must.
- Experience in the financial sector - knowledge of our strict regulatory environment is a plus.
- Experience with communication and event agencies
- Communication & copywriting skills.
- NL & FR.
- Hands-on, autonomous, self-starter.
- Experience with Salesforce, Marketing Cloud and Check Market are a must.
- Project Management skills.
- Leadership and entrepreneurship are required, as well as responsiveness to respond as quickly as possible to needs.
- MS Office suite.
