_Supporting the CFO and his (management) team to get things done in efficient way in combination with pro-actively following up on some assigned projects.**What you will do**
In this job, your responsibilities are:

- Supporting the CFO (about 60% of your time) and his (management) team (about 40% of your time)
- For CFO: overall manage his agenda
- For CFO-staff members: helping them with organizing complicated meetings and ensure an efficient planning
- Providing communication with various internal and external contacts.
- Following-up on various operational and administrative tasks (stock management of office supplies, desk and pc allocations, logistic onboardings of new employees)
- Monitoring a few assigned files such as the coordination of the annual report (in Dutch), following-up of the allocated budgets.
- Together with some colleagues, being the ICT and digital ambassador of the Finance and Procurement Department. Becoming one of the team experts for Microsoft Office tools (Teams as most important one)

- You have relevant experience is a similar role and are interested in working in a Finance and Procurement Department.
- You get energy from supporting others and taking planning and organizational tasks out of their hands.

- You thrive when you can multi-task and you can handle the stress that can come with this.
- You have a positive, no-nonsense mindset and enjoy improving existing ways of working.
- You can prioritize your work, are assertive in a diplomatic way and can work autonomously.
- You can connect well with others and can easily build a relation of trust.
- You have excellent communication skills in Dutch and English.
- You have a good knowledge of Microsoft office (Outlook/Word/ PowerPoint/Excel), SharePoint, One Drive, Teams and are interested in constantly improving your skills in this regard.
- You want to work full-time or 80%.
