As part of its growth, Gaming1 is looking for **a Paid Advertising Specialist** to join the Marketing Team.

The main objective of the role is to drive player acquisition and strengthen the brand across multiple channels and markets through high-performing paid campaigns.

**YOUR ROLE**
- ** Plan**, **execute**, and **optimize** paid campaigns across SEA, Display, and Paid Social channels.
- ** Manage** and **optimize** budgets to ensure maximum ROI.
- ** Collaborate** with creative teams to deliver impactful assets for campaigns.
- ** Monitor** campaign performance, **analyze** competitors, and **implement** improvements.
- ** Support** app-related marketing campaigns and **propose** performance optimizations.
- ** Report** results to stakeholders and **maintain** transparency across business units.
- ** Ensure** compliance with information security standards (ISO 27001).

**YOUR PROFILE**
- ** Master’s degree** in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- ** 5+ years of experience** in paid digital marketing across SEA, Display, and Paid Social.
- ** Expert in** Meta Ads, Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, Google Analytics, and similar tools.
- ** Results-driven, organized,**and** proactive**, with strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent **communication** and **teamwork** abilities.
- Fluent in **English**.
