Your Profile:

- TME Internal Audit provides valuable insights to our business areas and Top Management. This implies the following business background and skills:

- A passion for audit
- Ability to build strong and collaborative relationships with diverse stakeholders with Toyota and with external audit partners.
- Exceptional audit report writing; visualized communication and oral communication skills in English (TME business language)
- Master’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Economics
- Approx. 6 years' experience in Internal Audit (manufacturing / technology sectors preferred) and / or External Audit (Big 4 experience preferred). Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) compliance experience is a plus.
- Advanced audit certification (e.g. CIA, CPA, ACCA or similar) or actively pursuing such certification
- Integrity, discretion; independent problem-solver
- Willing to travel up to 20% through Europe

Your team and your responsibilities:

- The Internal Audit Department provides assurance on internal controls and risk management capability of TME and its Group Companies (Affiliates) in Europe. This is done through internal audit, risk mapping and SOX compliance activity. In addition, the team defines Internal Control and Risk Management (ICRM) standards for important business processes, with Business Management, as well as internal audit and SOX audit standards.

TME Internal Audit Department offers you a true pan-European bird's eye view of the organization and the opportunity to leverage your curiosity through a diversity of audit assignments with access to all areas of the business, people and resources.

TME Internal Audit Department is located both in Brussels (Belgium) and Wroclaw (Poland).

**Your Responsibilities**
- Support TME Internal Audit Management in defining the Group operational audit strategy and plan through risk assessment and collaboration with auditee management.
- Design the audit plan for the individual audits, adapting existing, and / or developing new audit programs and test procedures depending on the risk assessment and understanding of the business processes.
- Perform internal audits, including non-standard audits and SOX compliance assignments, in TME and Affiliates. These audits may be done in a team, where you are the lead auditor controlling and allocating responsibility to the team, or independently, and done in accordance with IA department quality standards.
