Dans le cadre du développement de notre pôle Buildings sur le site de Saint-Hubert, nous sommes à la recherche d’un Electrical Project Manager (f/h) dans le domaine de l’électricité tertiaire.

A ce titre, vous êtes partie prenante dans la gestion de projets variés pour divers types de bâtiments (bâtiments publics, bureaux, piscines, banques, etc.)
- Vous êtes responsable du pilotage et de l'exécution des contrats depuis la réception de la commande jusqu'à la fin de la période de garantie.
- Vous développez et maintenez les contacts commerciaux avec les client
- Vous assurez le suivi financier et technique des affaires dont vous avez la charge.
- Vous participez aux réunions techniques de chantier.
- Vous gérez les équipes sur vos chantiers et la bonne planification de ceux-ci.
- Vous êtes responsable du chiffrage et de l’établissement des décomptes éventuels que vous vous chargez d’introduire et de défendre auprès des clients.
- Vous jouez un rôle actif dans le respect des règles de sécurité parmi vos équipes.

**Votre profil**
- Vous êtes Bachelier ou Master ingénieur industriel en électromécanique, électricité ou construction.
- Vous justifiez d'une expérience pertinente de 3 ans dans une fonction comparable (secteurs d’activité et réalités de chantiers).
- Vous avez d’excellentes connaissances en électricité.
- Vous aimez la technique ainsi que les relations étroites avec les clients.
- Vous avez des affinités avec la finance et attachez de l’importance aux relations humaines.
- Vous êtes volontaire, persévérant et rigoureux.
- Vous êtes résistant au stress.
- Vous avez l’esprit d’équipe.
