Senior Analog Mixed-signal Ic Design Enginner

**Responsibilities**
- **Design high-performance analog/mixed-signal blocks**, including (but not limited to) ADCs, DACs, phase-locked loops (PLLs), oscillators, voltage regulators, and signal amplifiers.
- Optimize circuit design for **power efficiency, signal integrity, and area constraints** while adhering to cost and manufacturability considerations.
- Guide and review **physical layout activities**, ensuring parasitic-aware designs and compliance with LVS, DRC, and other design checks.
- Provide mentorship and foster **skill development** within the team by sharing best practices in mixed-signal design and problem-solving approaches.

**Qualifications**
- **Educational Background**: Master’s or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics, or a closely related field, with a focus on mixed-signal IC design or a similar discipline.
- **Experience**: A minimum of 4+ years of hands-on experience in designing, simulating, and validating mixed-signal ICs, with a proven track record of successful project tape-outs in advanced semiconductor nodes.
- Strong proficiency in designing analog/mixed-signal building blocks such as ADCs, DACs, PLLs, amplifiers, and filters.
- Good understanding of signal processing techniques and integration of analog and digital subsystems.
