The franchisee is a separate company and a separate employer from Marriott International, Inc. The franchisee solely controls all aspects of the hotel’s employment policies and practices, including hiring, firing, discipline, staffing, compensation, benefits, and all other terms and conditions of employment. If you accept a position at this hotel, you will be employed by a franchisee and not by Marriott International, Inc.

You develop and execute proactive sales strategies, build solid relationships, and seize commercial opportunities.

You track market trends, identify new clients, and organize memorable tours and presentations.

You align with the operational team to deliver on your promises and ensure a consistent guest experience.

You also collaborate with colleagues from other Marriott hotels in Ghent and across the cluster.

Lastly, you regularly report your results and insights to management.

You hold a bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, economics, tourism, hotel management, or a related field.

You have several years of experience in sales, preferably in the hospitality sector.

You speak fluent Dutch and good English. An additional language like French, German, or Spanish is a plus.
