Java Developer

**Function**:
In this role, you will:
- Design, develop, and maintain backend systems with an emphasis on reliability, scalability, and robustness.
- Collaborate within cross-functional development teams to understand and implement technical specifications.
- Identify and resolve technical issues, bugs, and bottlenecks.
- Participate actively in code reviews and knowledge sharing within the team.
- Explore and implement new technologies and best practices to enhance system functionalities.
- You are seasoned backend developer who's proficient in Java.
- Solid understanding of backend development, databases, and API integration.
- Experience working in an agile development environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
**Other Qualifications**
- You are fluent in English and are fluent in either French or Dutch
- You're able to work 1 day per week in Brussels; 1 day in Brussels or another office); with up to 3 days of telework.
