**Responsibilities**:
Lead the execution of in vitro experimentsWork closely together with the Scientist to develop, optimize and qualify new assay methods, set-up preclinical in vitro experiments, analyse raw assay data and present the data to the teamContribute to literature studies in support of the R&D projectsBe in contact with supply vendors, CRO’s and/or academic partnersEnsuring quality throughout sample processes and ensure proper sample handlingRecord data and results according to good documentation practiceEnsuring good management of the laboratory by maintaining the laboratory stock, managing the laboratory services involving the maintenance and calibration of laboratory materialPrepare and follow up on sample shipmentsParticipate in SOP writing and reviewingTraining of colleagues on equipment use, assay procedures and laboratory practices Qualifications and competences
