Junior IT Helpdesk

Basic Knowledge and experience of Cisco Networking Products (Routing, Switching, VOIP).
- Basic Knowledge and experience of Microsoft Systems (Active Directory, Shared Folders and Backup).
- Experience of Providing Managed Services for clients and employees (IT Support, and IT Services and products)
- Good communications skills, and customer facing experience.
- Certificates: CCNA (must), CCNP (preferrable), MCSE (preferrable)
- Languages: English / French (Fluent)
