Sander est à la recherche d'un **Functional Analyst** pour l'un de ses clients dans le domaine du d**éveloppement de softwares informatiques**situé à **Bruxelles**.
Cette **Fintech Bruxelloise** joue un **rôle majeur** dans le domaine **développement de softwares informatiques**. Ses outils numériques **optimisent**les processus internes et **améliorent**l'organisation des entreprises, leur offrant une gestion plus **fluide**et plus **efficace**de leurs travail.
Actuellement dans le développement d’un **nouveau outil IT**, notre partenaire permet aux organisations d'optimiser leurs opérations, **d'améliorer**leur efficacité et de garder une longueur d'avance dans un secteur en **constante évolution**
**Functional Analyst - Le Rôle**:
Rejoins l'équipe et joue un **rôle clé** dans la **conception**, **l'optimisation**et l’implémentation de **solutions IT** adaptées aux besoins.
En tant que **Functional Analyst**, vous serez le pont entre les équipes métiers et IT, en veillant à ce que les solutions techniques répondent aux exigences fonctionnelles.
**Vos missions**:
- **
Collaborer**avec les équipes métiers pour identifier et formaliser leurs besoins et traduire les besoins en spécifications fonctionnelles claires et précises
- ** Rédiger**des spécifications fonctionnelles et techniques détaillées et maintenir une documentation à jour sur les systèmes et processus analysés.
- ** Valider**les solutions avant leur mise en production pour s’assurer qu’elles répondent aux attentes Business.
**Functional Analyst - Le Profil**:
- Bachelor ou Master en informatique, gestion, ingénierie, ou dans un domaine similaire.
- Minimum **2 à 5 ans d’expérience** en tant que **Functional Analyst** ou dans un rôle similaire
- Vous parlez et écrivez couramment le **néerlandais** et **l’anglais**, le français est un **plus**
