At Uni Systems, we are working towards turning digital visions into reality. We are continuously growing and we are looking for a CIS Service Manager to join our UniQue team.

**What will you be bringing to the team?**
- Manage the Deployable CIS (DCIS) infrastructure as a service, ensuring system readiness per SLA requirements.
- Ensure the availability and quality of engineering support through coordination with relevant service lines, support centers, and field support points.
- Maintain DCIS Configuration Management to ensure all assets are accounted for and kept at known configuration states.
- Conduct periodic risk assessments to anticipate and mitigate obsolescence, initiating new projects when necessary.
- Manage Change Management plans to resolve identified issues and update the configuration baseline to meet evolving operational needs.
- Support the development of the annual Operation and Maintenance budget.
- Ensure system documentation for operations, maintenance, and training is updated as the system evolves.
- Oversee contractor support services and manage service acceptance. Assess manpower and budget requirements for Operations and Maintenance.

**Requirements**:
**What do you need to succeed in this position?**
- Bachelor's degree in a related field with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
- Strong experience in IT services engineering, planning, operations, maintenance, and management.
- Demonstrated experience as a line manager with the ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a team.
- Expertise in Configuration Management and Change Management processes and tools.
- Experience in contingency planning, budget management, and managing small-scale CIS projects related to network monitoring and performance management.
- ITIL Foundation and Intermediate Certifications in areas such as Service Design, Service Transition, Service Operation, or Continual Service Improvement.
- ITIL Expert/Managing Professional, PRINCE2 Foundation, PMI PMP, MSP Foundation, or Management of Risk Foundation certification would be an advantage.
- Familiarity with military telecommunications and information systems, including VLF to EHF satellite communications is an asset. Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
