Actuellement, Notre client compte environ 200 magasins dans 11 pays Notre succès repose sur notre mission, nos produits de qualité et le professionnalisme de nos hôtes et hôtesses. **Description**:

- En tant que team leader / responsable en boulangerie, tu es responsable de la gestion journalière de ta boulangerie-restaurant. Tu es un(e) ambassadeur/ambassadrice de la marque et tu portes nos valeurs dans ta boulangerie-restaurant. o Tu prends soin de nos clients et tu t'assures qu'ils passent toujours en premier. Tu réalises à chaque fois notre expérience clientèle souhaitée. o Tu gères l'ouverture ou la fermeture de ta boulangerie-restaurant. Tu fais une bonne répartition des tâches afin d'obtenir un bon service. Tu communiques les rapports quotidiens sur les résultats à ton Manager et District Manager. o Tu es responsable de la caisse. Tu prends soin de l'infrastructure et de l'équipement comme un bon père / une bonne mère de famille. o Tu passes les commandes, tu réceptionnes et contrôles les livraisons et tu assures la conformité avec les lignes directrices en matière d'hygiène pour assurer la qualité de nos produits. Tu suis la procédure administrative. o Tu es un vrai leader, avec une aisance naturelle. La bonne entente entre toi-même et les membres de l'équipe est une priorité pour toi. Tu inspires et encourages les membres de l'équipe et crées une communauté. Tu guides, motives, et inspires l'équipe sur le terrain. Tu essaies toujours d'atteindre tes objectifs au niveau de la productivité et du coût salarial. o La sécurité et la santé de nos clients et votre équipe est une priorité pour toi. Tu travailles principalement dans une boulangerie-restaurant. En outre, tu es également en contact avec nos visiteurs. Tu travailles selon un horaire variable (disponibilité entre 5h et 22 h); y compris les week-ends et jours fériés.

- Tu es un hôte/une hôtesse dans l'âme o Tu as une énergie fraîche et tu es positif(-ve) o Tu es proactif(-ve) et tu as le sens des responsabilités o Tu es flexible o Tu as une excellente présentation o Tu es ponctuel(le) o Tu es enthousiaste et résistant(e) au stress o Tu as une bonne hygiène de base o Tu es organisé et structuré
