Senior Hardware Engineer

As Senior Hardware Engineer, you will be responsible for the complete hardware scope of assigned projects, including design, specification analysis, and system start-up through to delivery. You manage project budgets, hardware bills of materials, and schedules while ensuring technical accuracy and compliance with customer requirements. Experienced in coordinating subcontractors and preparing technical documentation, you ensure smooth execution across all project phases. In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Take full responsibility for all hardware-related activities within assigned projects.Manage and control the project budget concerning the hardware Bill of Materials.Serve as the main contact for hardware-related communication and coordination with customers.Organize and document technical meetings, track open hardware issues, and regularly update customers on progress.Plan, coordinate, and monitor hardware activities, including those performed by subcontractors.Ensure order details, RFQs, and buy-outs are accurate and aligned with customer requirements and factory capabilities.Support sales through technical feasibility studies and customer presentations during the quotation phase.Execute technical tasks (design, specification analysis, system start-up), maintain project documentation, report progress, and perform additional duties as needed under Emerson standards.
